Program Description

This new program will take place on Sundays at Mercer County Community College. Geared towards swimmers ages 4 – 12 who are non-swimmers or beginners. Emphasis will be on breath control, kicking, floating, streamlining, with progression to independent swimming. Once swimmers are “water safe,” more advanced swim strokes will be introduced.

Mission Statement

HAC Swim School will return in September, 2010. If interested in beginner level swimming, consider the Guppies program noted on the PASDA Registration Form.

2010 Spring Program Information

Stroke & Turn Clinic - March 25; April 1, 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13 at Nottingham High School on Thursday evenings for Ages 4 to 18 (non‐swimmers, beginners and swimmers with competitive experience). More details on the Stroke and Turn Registration Form.

HAC Swim School Sundays – March 14, 21, 28; Apr 11 & 18 at Mercer County Community College for Ages 4 to 12 (non‐Swimmers and Beginners) - Time 12:30pm – 1:15pm. More details on the HAC Swim School Registration Form.
